On March 20, 2026, Yash and Sanjay had the opportunity to speak to students with focuses on 3 Goals:
1. LEARN THAT SLEEP IMPROVES MY PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH!!
2. AIM TO GET 8 HOURS OF SLEEP EVERY NIGHT!!
3. CREATE GOOD SLEEP HABITS AND A GOOD BEDTIME ROUTINE!!
We are excited to begin presenting in local Philadelphia elementary schools this upcoming fall!
